PMEC 2009 Excellence in Product Management Awards Nominations

• Winners will be announced during the awards dinner at PMEC 2009.
• The identity of winners will not be disclosed prior to the official announcement. The award presentation will be made during PMEC 2008 Excellence in Product Management banquet.
• You can nominate more than one person or organization per category, but multiple submissions for the same person will not increase their chances of winning an award.
• A committee will be created and will comprise of AIPMM certified product managers from various industries around the world. The committee will review the nominations in each category submitted and select a winner.
• Descriptions of the submission summary may be published in connection with the awards. Nominators may mark sensitive parts of their submission clearly as "not for publication".
• The committee members will decide if there is any conflict of interest of a committee member voting or finding in favor of a specific entry. In the event that there is, that member will not be permitted to influence any decisions regarding that entry.
• Entries may be withdrawn at any time up to the closing date upon written request.
• The committees reserve the right to amend category selection where appropriate.
• All nominees will be notified that they have been nominated
• Finalists will be notified in advance of the presentation of the awards.
• Finalists will receive free admission to the PMEC 2009 2-day Conference.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• Entries will be acknowledged by e-mail upon submission.
• There is no charge to enter the awards.
• The committees’ decision is final.
• The award has no monetary value.

The winner in each category will receive the exquisite, PMEC APEX Crystal award. At the committees discretion, up to two honorable mentions may be selected in each category. Each honorable mention will receive a beautiful PMEC Starfire Glass award.
