When you absolutely don't want it to suck

Today I learned another lesson, never send anything you want to be delivered internationally UPS.

They suck. So I decided to see who sucked more-UPS or FedEx. What better way than to use Google?

Here is what I found out:

Google:

Results = 17,100 for "ups sucks"
Results = 8,220 for "fedex sucks"

So according to customers who took their complaints to the web, UPS sucks more than FedEx.

Let's check the other search engines:

Yahoo!:

Results = 1,350 for for "fedex sucks"
Results = 12,000 for "ups sucks"

MSN:

"ups sucks" = 2,309 results
"fedex sucks" = 528 results

This is an interesting way to determine how customers feel about a company.

Great blog. I ship on eBay a lot and through that I've discovered that they both suck fairly equally. FedEx loses stuff, and UPS destroys it. The only thing that I look at anymore is price. A friend told me about www.shippingsidekick.com to compare prices. I'm so mad at FedEx right now, they lost a package I sent that was worth over $500 dollars and the buyer didn't insure it so now he won't stop emailing me. Why can't FedEx and UPS just stop sucking so much and do their job??
