Survey: The Study of Product Team Performance, 2012

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2012 Study of Product Team Performance, this groundbreaking survey is presented by Actuation Consulting and Enterprise Agility and fully endorsed and sponsored by AIPMM. Other sponsors include Accept Software, the International Project Management Association (IPMA), the Chicagoland Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and Diversified Business Communications. Survey partners are ProductCamp Chicago, the Chicago Product Management Association, Lee Lambert of the Lambert Consulting Group and Orange County Product Managers.

This study will assess the dynamics of product team performance and determine what factors impede or improve product development outcomes. For the purposes of this study, the core product team consists of product managers, project managers, product designers, business analysts, and engineers. Results will be compiled and the aggregate survey results will be made available to participants through our sponsors and partners.

The survey contains 26 questions and takes approximately 9 minutes to complete.
